And you have knowledge of web analytics, copywriting and CRM tools. This opportunity is for you! **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Identify opportunities for sales growth in the market. - Contact different positions and people (Buyer Persona) to be able to offer IT services. - Plan and define processes and filters that make contacting and searching for potential customers more efficient. - Coordinate and manage calls with customers/prospects to set up calls and meetings to offer/present the service and company. - Ability to generate and execute demand plans. - Analyze user behavior data using: - Analytics tools - A/B testing tools; other business intelligence tools. - Where available user data is limited, the Digital Sales will coordinate efforts to obtain customer feedback through surveys, questionnaires, etc. - Lead experiments and growth initiatives to acquire new customers, drive leads through the sales funnel, increase sales. - Provide information to help the company define its growth objectives.
