As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible fordesigning, configuring, and operating custom solutions tocomplement CloudFactory's technology stack for our clients inresponse to their specific business and compliance requirements. The role is an even mix of client-facing work and behind the scenesdesign, testing, data analysis, and data manipulation supportinginitial phases of project delivery prior to full production. This role is remote but may attimes require you to work from our offices. This positionadditionally necessitates an overlap with United States businesshours (Eastern Standard Time). Responsibilities: - Managehigh-impact pilot/special projects, managing them from concept tosuccessful launch in production. - Define project scope,objectives, and deliverables, crafting comprehensive plans andcommunication strategies to guide execution starting from Pre-Salesto Production launch. - Assess the viability of a new concept orapproach by continuously providing feedback to the Productdepartment and other needed stakeholders. - Utilize data insightsto make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. -Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure projectsuccess. - Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets andresource allocation. - Ensure documentation and processes are fullycreated for successful launch into production. - Create and adapttraining materials to better onboard the workforce, making thecomplex simple and easily accessible to our workforce. - ManageCloudWorkers workforce by always ensuring workforce readiness innew use cases and tooling. - Define quality standards withrespective stakeholders and ensure project outputs meet qualitystandards through reviews and audits. - Keep up with the latesttechnology developments, validating them for CloudFactory and ourClients. - Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, andprovide regular updates. - Resolve project issues, manage scopechanges, and implement corrective actions with support fromadequate departments. - Track performance metrics and preparestatus reports for stakeholders. - Lead and coordinate the projectteam, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment. -Identify and implement process improvements and best practices. -Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment. -Propose improvements to team processes for enhanced performance. -Actively manage personal performance goals and provide feedback tocolleagues. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration,or a technology field. - 5-8 years of experience in projectmanagement, including managing large-scale projects. - Proficiencywith project management software and tools. - Strong leadership,organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to workindependently and lead a team. - Commitment to continuous learningand professional development. Desirable: - Background in theAI/Machine Learning industry, with the confidence to speakconfidently and authoritatively to our clients, you will be able todemonstrate experiences of best practices across the industry. - Adegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Linguistics isadvantageous. - Native or Fluent in the English language ismandatory. - Familiarity with an additional language would behighly advantageous.
