We level the playing field for small & medium-sized staffing businesses by giving them access to game-changing mobile staffing technology previously only available to Fortune 500 companies and well-funded technology startups. We have just around 100 clients and are growing. We're profitable, and we’re about to enter our next phase of growth! **Who We're Looking For** We seek a rockstar Head of Implementations, skilled in both our platform and the staffing industry in general. Your role kicks in post-sale, where you'll impress clients with your platform expertise and staffing industry knowledge. Having experienced working in the industry firsthand, you're adept at engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and leveraging our software to enhance their success. **Primary Responsibilities** - Oversee all new client implementations - Guide clients in adopting our mobile staffing platform - Lead project management efforts, and stay well organized, ensuring timely task completion - Coordinate with design, app publishing, development, and data migration teams. - Manage multiple projects at once, with projects constantly starting and ending - Conduct live training sessions on the entire platform as needed - Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients for any software and business related queries - Maintain regular post-launch communication through weekly and quarterly calls, focusing on feature optimization and upselling opportunities. **Additional Responsibilities** - Maintain and enrich our helpdesk with articles, videos, and guides - Develop self-help resources to enhance client independence - Assist with support queries when available **What You'll Need to Succeed** - A profound passion for software, demonstrated through extensive knowledge and curiosity about software tools. - Background in staffing or recruiting, with hands-on experience and understanding of industry operations and norms. - Extremely strong organizational skills - Extremely strong self-motivation - Close attention to detail - Ability to self manage your own schedule and achieve a proper work life balance
