**Your Impact**:As a Human Resource Business Partner Manager you will act as an internal change consultant and HR partner for our Colombia geography in developing and implementing HR and Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy covering all aspects of employee life cycle. Support the continuous improvement of the HR function Like performance management, compensation planning, people issues etc. through the development and implementation of HR programs across the business lines within Colombia. If you are someone, who is impact driven and question the status-quo and figuring newer and better ways of doing things, we are looking for you to join us and lead to our collective success as we take your career aspirations seriously. **So, what does a day in the life of a Human Resource Business Partner Manager look like?** - Derive the HR implications from the business strategy and review current-state versus desired-state of HR practices for the Geo - Brainstorm with the team and create an HR strategic plan for the Geo, covering multiple aspects of people management (employee life cycle, employee advocacy, engagement, people practices, talent supply chain, Geo/LOB-specific internal communication) - Create internal roles and structure, establish HR processes and deploy appropriate HR staff (HR business partners, HR specialists etc.) - Operate as first point of contact for the Geo/LoB Leadership on all people aspects - Collaborate with business / functional leaders and understand the operational plans of various business units (BUs); Identify key HR related requirements for the BUs including ramp-up plans, skill sets and competencies required - Act as a Strategic Advisor to Business on People Productivity aspects like Cost, Utilization, Deployment and Leveraging, Attrition, Critical resource Management etc. - Consolidate the specific and measurable actions covering aspects such as business partner, employee advocacy, engagement, people practices, talent supply chain created by the team for their respective BUs at LoB level - Establish HR metrics & MIS in order to deliver integrated HR services to attract, motivate and develop talent and also strengthen organization culture - Institutionalize Performance Management framework within the Geo and monitor completion of annual review process - Establish all statutory and compliance practices as prescribed/mandated by the labor laws of Colombia - Recommend performance rating normalization / rationalization to the senior leadership based on the increment budget and CoE (Centre of Excellence) guidelines - Monitor to ensure that rewards are in line and that PMS process is viewed as transparent - Implement the career and succession planning process for the Geo/LoB taking into account the unique needs of the Business - Facilitate the process for identifying key roles and high potential employees, and creating a personal development plan for succession - Guide the Business Learning Partners (BLPs) to cover Geo/LoB training needs, ensuring the training needs are met - Encourage internal talent rotation based on employees'' aspirations / skill demand in LoBs - Review and share updates with the leadership teams / COEs, as required - Provide information requested by auditors (internal / external) and resolve queries as and when required - Liaise with audit/internal team to come up with an action plan based on the audit findings; Track progress against plan and drive closure of non-compliance - Support Geo in client acquisition from an HR capability / information perspective **Skills Required**: - 10+ years of relevant experience in managing and running a successful HR strategy for building a high growth organization. - Strong experience in anchoring a leadership role in Medium to Large size IT Services / Product Company with hands-on experience in both strategic and operations areas - Strong functional experience in the areas of Performance Management, Career Progression, Learning & Development, Talent acquisition and Retention - Operational ability to ensure that the transactional aspects of HR are well executed in a world of fast-moving and changing expectations of the employee - Should have exposure to working in cross functional and large teams and dealing with the team members & business people - Solid knowledge of all facets of HR with broad and deep experience as an HR Business Partner supporting executives or senior leadership. - Should have Masters in Business Administration / Human Resources Management - Should have a high work ethic - Persuasive, Proactive & follow a collaborative approach.
