We deliver consumers' genuine opinions and data to help companies create better products for you. We're now looking for a Client Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible to strengthen the business relationship between our key clients and Netquest. - As a _ - Client Consultant _ - you will have the following key accountabilities:_ - Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers - Negotiate general terms of the relationship with some of our main clients (pricing grids, rebates, level of service), identifying risk factors and planning to overcome pitfalls before they occur. - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client's needs, being the expert on our key clients' business and know what they need before they do - Strategic plan to improve client results - Negotiate contracts with client and establish the timeline of performance - Onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationship, maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-selling - Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc) dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality delivery and that all client needs are met - Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training - Resolve client issues and complaints - Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management insights - Keep current clients satisfied, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis - Now that we've introduced you to the position as _ - Client Consultant_ - what skill, qualifications and experience should you have?_ - Education: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on Social Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration - At least 2 years of experience in market research industry - Excellent communications skills and customer relationship management - In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry - Strong negotiation skills, with ability of follow-through on client contracts - Ability to deliver client solutions and meet sales goals - Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on managing details - Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions - Proactive, with a strong passion for problem-solving, market research, and data analysis We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
