Role Description: The Human Resources Generalist is a key professional in organizations, responsible for managing various functions within the human resources area. He or she acts as a liaison between the company and employees, promoting an organizational culture aligned with the company's values and objectives. His comprehensive approach allows him to effectively address the talent needs and well-being of employees, fostering the creation of a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Manage and ensure accuracy in the processing of employee payroll. Recruiting Support: Provide support in the recruitment process, including posting of vacancies and coordinating interviews. Employee Relations: Manage communication and conflict resolution among employees, promoting a harmonious work environment. Benefits Management: Administer and ensure that employees receive appropriate benefits, such as insurance and other incentives. Compliance Management: Ensure that the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Required Skills: At least 6 months of experience in the human resources area. Professional in Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, or related degrees.
