Job Title: Financial Analyst Sales Controlling About the Role The sales controlling analyst is a pivotal role that supports the sales controller in managing financial processes and controls related to sales activities. - Customer planning and rebate management involve creation, settlement, payment, and closure of customer rebates. This also includes revenue and accruals reconciliation. - Providing information for rebates/customer promotional planning ensures alignment with sales strategies. - Validating trade spend management principles for credit notes involves planning, documentation, approval, accruals, point of purchase, and claim validation. - Establishing a customer baseline spend plan and reviewing terms and conditions ensures effective customer engagement. - Interacting with the chief data officer on customer collection and dispute issues resolves any outstanding matters. - Supporting compliance monitoring with the company's financial policies, internal controls, GAAP, and accounting laws, as well as tax audits, ensures regulatory adherence. - Participating in internal control design assessment and effectiveness testing as prescribed by SOX requirements ensures the robustness of internal controls. - Improving the internal controls environment by identifying problems and recommending/initiating corrective actions enhances the overall efficiency of internal controls. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field. More than 1 year of experience in finance or a related field. English proficiency. Relevant systems knowledge (MS Excel, BI, SAP, R, Python, CoLab, Tableau, DOMO). Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
