Bachelor's in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 2. 15+ years in strategic planning, digital transformation, or management consulting (oil & gas experience is a plus). 3. Expertise in digital performance measurement tools (e.g., KPIs, OKRs, dashboards). 4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 5.
