The restaurant delivery business is the largest line-of-business within Rappi. We serve millions of monthly customers, partner with hundreds of thousands of restaurants and offer distinct product lines - ranging from in-house operating tools to digital marketing products. This role will be in charge of the backoffice platform (frontend / backend), our solution to fight the fraud. This position will have a high visibility in Rappi and support the company to improve the UE. **Responsibilities**: - Accountable for web acquisition outcomes across all areas of the business; customers, couriers, and partners. - Own and execute the product strategy and product backlog, managing a team of web engineers, designers and researchers. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and manage the OKRs for each Cycle aiming to reach the company goals - Lead the product discoveries to understand the problems and needs from users and stakeholders - Coordinate closely with other business units including Growth and Core teams **Key Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Lead or Growth Marketer - Background or proficient knowledge of performance marketing, ideally experience in SEO - Demonstrated success and understanding of product-led growth strategies - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityFluency in English **Your Strengths**: - You're an experienced leader who has successfully delivered growth-related products and features - You bring high ambition for a greater good than ourselves, and are eager to deliver magic to our community. - You have a strong track record in data and experiment driven teams with challenging targets and standards - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high levels of uncertainty - You possess keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive cohesive strategies and solutions. - You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues and executives. - He leído y acepto la Autorización de Datos Personales de Rappi S.A.S - Conforme a la Política de Tratamiento de Datos PersonalesI have read and accept the Authorization of Personal Data from Rappi S.A.S - In accordance with the Personal Data Treatment Policy
