Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-caliber professionals across our global teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies that align with HF Markets' growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from requisition to onboarding. Utilize a mix of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, direct outreach) to attract top-tier candidates. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across regions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Experience in the financial services, fintech or tech sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). A dynamic and international working environment.
