The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers, and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities: - Manage territory performance to target on a weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas. - Support customers with full knowledge of vascular procedures, products, and competitors in the territory. - Develop and maintain key relationships with Territory and Distributors' and hospitals networks in order to grow business revenues. - Assist sales reps in identifying sales opportunities for assigned territories and product lines. - Develop sales plans and strategies for territory activities. - Maintain close key customer contacts to continually determine customer needs. - Monitor customers pricing agreements to assure overall sales and profitability objectives. - Support CMA activities and events. - Represent the Company at trade shows, exhibitions, training courses, and symposiums. - F fill, analyze, and evaluate customer data for monitoring the sector and propose improvements. - Support distributors in Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Peru. Requirements: - Languages: English desirable but not requisite. - 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Requires travel 60% of time. - Basic proficiency in CRM/Sales Force, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
