Position: Leader Secondary Packaging Job Overview Responsible for executing data collection and economic analysis of projects. Follow up on project tasks with local teams. Support communications, sourcing, negotiation, contracting (SLA), and supplier relations. This role will span the duration listed below and will be critical in delivering significant growth for Amcor Flexibles Latin America (AFLA). Key Responsibilities Data collection and management Reduce logistics and secondary packaging costs by identifying new projects Set up and renew cost models for analysis Support local procurement teams on commercial terms, service quality, cost efficiency, etc. Maintain supplier relationships and database Follow up on projects and support their implementation Demonstrate passion and high energy to achieve results Persist in overcoming obstacles to meet objectives Work under pressure to meet deadlines and savings targets Challenge self, suppliers, and colleagues, and persevere Show initiative and self-management on projects Prioritize tasks for best value, maintain focus and discipline Be resilient in overcoming obstacles Be curious and challenging Maintain high energy, be self-motivated and proactive Collaborate effectively with team members Utilize data analysis and calculation skills Be target-oriented Negotiate effectively Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Procurement background preferred Experience in data analysis and calculations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn new software At Amcor, we value diversity in talents, styles, cultures, and experiences, which lead to innovative solutions.
