**Position Name: Marketing / Office Assistant** **Job purpose** We are looking for a multitasking individual who can combine the skills of a digital marketer and an office assistant. Support and manage the growth of the company’s digital strategy and providing administrative assistance to the managing principals and the team in keeping orders up to date and operationally compliant. In this role, you will work well both independently and on a team. Your daily routines include interaction with employees of all levels, external partners, and company clients. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** College Diploma Administrative management careers, or a Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related to Digital Marketing. **Training or Expertise** Proficient English level (Well spoken, well written) Strong Microsoft Office skills **Experience** Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative positions in insurance, finance, or banking companies (USA-based companies) 1+ years of executive and administrative support (Desirable remotely) 2+ years of Experience handling social media and content creation **JOB FUNCTIONS** Manage the data entry into the system and analysis Run rating systems that generate quotes Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative Assisting Brokers with various tasks and projects as needed Creating content for social media channels Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material Writing targeted content for website and blogs and Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information Manage online marketing campaigns including ad copywriting and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc. Research, collect and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing campaigns Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns Performs other duties as assigned or requested **REQUIRED SKILLS** We are looking for a person with a passion for marketing and a vocation for support. 2+ years of administrative support experience 1+ years of experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent use of grammar and punctuation. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English) Work independently and manage frequent changing needs, Self-sufficient Driven, proactive thinker, highly organized with exceptional communication skills, and fully capable to take initiative, manage and oversee a variety of high-priority projects from multiple management and professional levels successfully with mínimal direction Attention to detail and A high degree of organization Concentration and enthusiastic Experience in handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion Very Patient, Responsible, extremely punctual Willing to learn, improve, and take on new challenges with a flexible, can-do attitude **WAGE COMPENSATION** **Salary**: $1,100 USD - Payments to be directly deposited into the account. Bi-weekly The Internet and computer must be covered by employees.
