We are now looking for an experienced and driven Equipment Integrity Specialist ! Job Description As an Equipment Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for equipment handling and related operations within the organization, with a focus on developing and implementing current procedures while remaining flexible to the evolving demands of the organization. Key responsibilities: Operational gaming equipment risk preventive maintenance, repair, supervision, database updating, and data analysis. Monitor and update operational reports and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness: inventory files, integrity, and KPIs reports. Ensure that all relevant gaming equipment (e.g., roulette wheels) is available, risk-safe, and operational. Manage inventory and ordering of gaming consumables (cards, balls, dice), along with security and utilization. Perform quality control functions: testing new equipment. Provide training to Equipment Support Specialist representatives if required. Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks. Provide regular status reports to management. Dotted line reporting to Equipment Integrity Unit (GIR). Maintain neatness and accuracy in all work. Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager, related to this position and meeting organizational standards. Qualifications Technical education in mechatronics, electronics, or a similar discipline (mandatory). Previous IT and/or technical experience. Proficiency with common tools (mandatory). At least B2 level of English proficiency (mandatory). Good communication skills. Understanding of electronics and mechanics. Proven experience in casino operations (minimum 1 year). Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (mandatory). Personal attributes: motivation to achieve targets, ability to work in a team, eagerness to learn and develop.
