You will contribute to transforming our international clients' businesses by running and activating programmatic campaigns and guiding team members to meet technical goals. Your responsibilities include implementing and managing paid marketing strategies, communication, budget allocation, and ROI across digital channels. You will develop campaigns to ensure high-quality outcomes, leveraging media analytics and reporting. Responsibilities Lead strategy development and implementation through programmatic media buying and direct-to-publisher activities, using data-driven decisions. Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including planning, documentation, asset handling, and requirements for campaign launches. Coordinate with publishers to set up deals and foster good relationships. Identify growth opportunities for clients and take proactive actions. Assist in training sessions on programmatic and digital media. Develop and enforce best practices in programmatic advertising. Prepare for career growth within PGD through ongoing learning and daily tasks. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations and optimization strategies aligned with their objectives. Oversee campaign optimization and quality assurance processes. Qualifications Advanced expertise in two or more Programmatic DSP platforms such as DV360, TTD, Yahoo, Verizon, Xandr, Amazon, Teads, Amobee, among others. Strong communication and result-oriented skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in digital branding or performance campaigns. Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and the media landscape. Intermediate Excel skills. Teamwork and client service orientation. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Data Studio, Supermetrics, Power BI, and Datorama. Experience with ad serving tools (GCM, Sizmek) and verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify).
