Position: Account Manager Job Objective: Identify opportunities and promote negotiations with clients to achieve and maintain the organization's sales targets. Department: Sales/Telecom Languages Used: - Spanish: High - English: High Duties and Responsibilities: - Achieve the established sales target. - Develop business opportunities with Claro ISP. - Follow up on new business opportunities through to closure. - Provide timely information about the company's products. - Coordinate presales activities through client presentations. - Support the closing process, including legal documentation. - Follow up on client billing and payments. - Support the development of projects with ISP companies. - Manage internal processes with legal, finance, and post-sales departments. - Prepare weekly reports on closed commitments. - Comply with compliance procedures. - Support the planning and execution of sold products. - Strengthen client relationships. - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. - Use assigned tools and equipment properly. - Maintain personal protective equipment in good condition.
