Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to manage swag logistics, gifting, or event coordination - Strong design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite - Comfortable being on-call during weekends (actual work volume may vary) - Highly responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented - You don't wait to be told what to do—you spot the need and act Responsibilities - Swag Coordination - Research, design, and order custom-branded merchandise (e.g. event giveaways, client gifts, team kits) - Coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and manage logistics end-to-end - Graphic Design & Visual Content - Create simple but polished graphics for swag, presentations, and internal materials - Edit and format PDFs, slide decks, and branded assets - Use Canva, Figma, or similar tools to execute fast turnarounds - Executive Support & On-Call Availability - Be available on weekends (as needed) and respond quickly to messages - Manage inbox triage, calendar support, and task follow-ups - Anticipate needs, flag time-sensitive requests, and maintain clear communications - Handle errands, research, order placement, and other ad hoc admin tasks Benefits - 100% remote – work from anywhere - Direct exposure to high-level business decisions and executive operations - Work with a fast-moving, results-oriented team that values trust and excellence - Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off per year - Observance of Philippine Regular Holidays (Flexible Holidays depending on the place of residency) - Paid in USD every 15th & 30th of the month Application Process Overview Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: 1.
