About Us: We are a team looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Sales Order Management Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of sales order analysts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing teams.
