Relationship Manager / Green Coffee Job Description We are seeking a Relationship Manager to support the company’s commercial activities, including: Identifying and developing relationships and sales with roasters and importers worldwide. Cultivating and growing existing company relationships. Developing new business opportunities through direct calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, virtual meetings, and market analysis. Building long-term relationships with customers. Providing after-sales service to gather feedback on products and services. Coordinating and supporting international buyer trips in Colombia. Coordinating and supporting participation in national and international trade shows. Keeping the customer database updated in the CRM. Reporting key activity metrics and progress indicators. Managing financial data related to payments and contracts. This position is 90% remote, but candidates must be available to attend cupping sessions occasionally in Medellín. Some national and international travel may be required. Requirements • Must reside in Medellín or nearby areas. • Professional in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, International Business or a related field. • Minimum one year of experience in international sales and customer service in any industry (experience in green coffee is preferred but not mandatory). • Advanced or bilingual English (C1 or higher). • U.S. visa is valued but not mandatory. Additional Skills & Knowledge (Not Mandatory but Valued) • Additional languages besides English. • Knowledge of coffee cupping and roasting. • Understanding of coffee cultivation and processing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
