Moller - Maersk Responsibilities: - Support the HSSE department in managing daily tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and proper execution of activities such as training, vendor contact, and project coordination related to health, safety, environment, and quality. - Assist the HSSE team in planning, organizing, and administrating activities, including tracking pending tasks, coordinating meetings, supporting project implementation, and managing related documentation and reports. - Help prepare reports and documentation related to the area. - Monitor HSSE performance indicators. Requirements: - Active SENA student in programs related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Administration, or similar fields. - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well. - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. - Capacity to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to details. - Basic knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Intermediate level of English (desirable).
