We are looking for a Junior Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team remotely from Colombia. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual with up to 2 years of experience in telesales or cold calling , who is eager to develop their sales skills in the education sector. The main focus of the role is to engage with prospective students through phone calls, online meetings, and email communication, guiding them through the admissions process and supporting enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the database of prospective students. Handle incoming inquiries from potential students and provide relevant program information. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and encourage enrollment. Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Review admission documents (diplomas, etc.) to assess eligibility based on program requirements. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve outreach efforts. Participate in virtual and in-person education fairs when needed. Requirements: Fluent English (spoken and written). Up to 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service (preferably in education or similar sectors). Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to meet sales targets and work with objectives. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented. This is a remote, full-time position based in Colombia .
