Identity and Access Manager Operations and Support Administrator (IAM) The Identity and Access Manager Operations and Support Administrator (IAM) plays a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization's identity management systems. Responsibilities - Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). - Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls across enterprise systems. - Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity management. - Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to enhance IAM policies and procedures. - Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, such as authentication failures and access discrepancies. - Support the integration of IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem infrastructure. - Monitor and audit identity-related activities to detect and mitigate potential security risks. - Document and improve IAM processes, workflows, and best practices. Requirements - Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT infrastructure, or security operations. - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Familiarity with IAM automation, identity federation, and identity governance tools. - Understanding of IT security principles, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and identity lifecycle management. - Desired certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CompTIA Security+, CISSP.
