About the Role We are a team responsible for building the brand, increasing product engagement, and cross-selling opportunities. We drive key metrics uplift and trigger releases through an always-on strategy. Main Areas: - Early Lifecycle and Content Strategy: Building the brand across all funnel stages and always-on communications in owned channels, social media, and influencers. - Engagement: Launching new products and keeping customers engaged with our suite of products. We collaborate closely with Customer Insights, Creative teams, and other squads to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: - Support timely execution of marketing strategies and brand plans. - Plan and execute long, mid, and short-term marketing initiatives considering timeline, budget, and main goals (KPIs). - Own or co-lead projects and ensure they launch on time and form. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build and launch strong brand campaigns and products/features. - Analyze post-launch impact. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in brand strategy and marketing. - Brand fundamentals knowledge. - Analytical and creative thinking. - Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. - Budget supervision experience. - Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. - Organization and attention to detail. - Experience running integrated brand campaigns and product launches. - Brand architecture and positioning frameworks experience. - Excellent team player and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and issues at once.
