Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Training and Quality Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the analysis, scheduling, and implementation of classroom training and Transactional Monitoring initiatives in support of assigned client programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional communication talents. They will also be responsible for supervising Evaluators and Trainers who support their assigned portfolio, fostering client and departmental relationships that drive revenue growth, and ensuring superior workforce preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the analysis, scheduling, and implementation of classroom training and Transactional Monitoring initiatives. - Supervise Evaluators and Trainers supporting assigned portfolio. - Foster client and departmental relationships to drive revenue growth. - Ensure superior workforce preparation through effective training and development programs.
