Financial Operations Assistant This position supports various aspects of the accounting and financial reporting process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and remain flexible. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner. - Vendor Management: Effectively communicate with vendors to retrieve proper documentation of delivered goods or services. - Customer Invoicing: Provide customer invoices through agreed upon delivery method. - AR Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records of AR transactions using Microsoft Excel. - Customer Outreach: Contact customers to inquire about payment on open invoices. Requirements: - Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Task Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on competing demands. - Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
