About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our cloudinfrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development and operationsteams to ensure efficient delivery, scalability, and reliability of our systems. What You’ll Do Design and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure asCode (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Deploy and manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring highavailability, security, and cost efficiency. Support containerized workloads with Docker and orchestrate deployments usingKubernetes or other container orchestration tools Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHubActions to streamline development and deployment workflows. Automate build, test, and release processes to ensure consistent and reliable software delivery. Integrate quality checks and security scans into the delivery process. Monitoring, Reliability, and Performance Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus,Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, or Cloud-native solutions. Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance and resource utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues quickly andeffectively. Enforce infrastructure security best practices, including secrets management, IAMroles, and secure networking. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning. Partner with developers, QA engineers, and system administrators to foster aDevOps culture across the organization. Provide technical guidance on DevOps best practices and support application teamswith deployment and automation needs. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)role. Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and strongunderstanding of cloud-native architectures. Solid experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Expertise in automation using shell scripting, Python, or similar scripting languages. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, orCloudFormation. Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, orGitHub Actions. Deep knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools and techniques. Good understanding of Linux-based systems and networking fundamentals. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Nice to have: Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Exposure to security hardening practices and DevSecOps concepts.
