You will be the face of hireEZ to prospects, guiding them through their evaluation journey with consultative discovery, engaging demos, and solutions tailored to their recruiting challenges. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen, a passion for technology, and a hunger to exceed quotas in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing — for companies within the SMB segment (typically <300 employees). Solution Selling: Conduct discovery calls, deliver engaging product demos, and create compelling business cases to illustrate hireEZ’s value. Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce, Gong and forecast opportunities accurately. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Leader, Enablement, Marketing, and Post-Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience. Market Feedback: Relay insights from customer conversations to internal stakeholders to improve product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, navigate procurement processes, and handle objections to close deals efficiently. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in a closing role or quota carrying role, preferably in B2B SaaS sales. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a transactional sales environment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high velocity and volume — comfort with 15–30 day sales cycles. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong). Self-motivated, organized, great attention to detail, can manage time effectively and driven to win. Nice to Have Experience selling into HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting departments. Understanding of recruitment workflows and ATS/CRM ecosystems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
