Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager "> We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality software and systems projects to our North American clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead multifaceted teams, foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and shape the focus of our team on investing in and learning new technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily financial and delivery dynamics of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all consulting activities are documented in our designated time-tracking system. Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience working in software and systems delivery, proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, and certifications or relevant experience in Program, Product, or Project Management. Additionally, you should have experience working with modern frameworks such as .NET, React, Oracle, C++, Go, Rust, Node, as well as Kubernetes and other CNCF projects. Responsibilities: - Lead multifaceted teams to ensure achievement of financial, growth, and delivery goals. - Provide informal and functional leadership of team leaders to coach on their activities and responsibilities. - Offer continuous and regular performance feedback to team members to improve their performance and productivity within the projects. - Support and guide regarding projects and integrating each project/service within the account's goals. - Plan, monitor, and control Delivery's activities accordingly to accounts' needs and the team's capacity. - Elaborate and provide account status reports according to the client's and the company's needs. - Ensure that projects are organized and executed consistently and meet the set standards. - Integrate and consolidate top accounts' financial information with the updates from Team Leads and administrative personnel. - Shows control and knowledge over each project's financials and uses it for decision-making activities, focusing on maximizing the project's revenue and gross margin. - Interact frequently with appropriate stakeholders (Steering meetings) and provide visibility and accurate information that impacts the client's business. - Build yearly business plans with customers and with CSDO. - Constantly look for opportunities to improve project/account performance, regularly elevating risks/opportunity assessments to CSDO. - Support the implementation and broad adoption of internal programs such as certifications, soft skill improvement, and training in key technologies. - Communicate and manage internal projects with other departments and communicate with C-suite leaders. - Detect and outline a plan to get ahead of new technology waves that will be used by our clients in the near future or that will disrupt our markets. - Understand our clients' technical challenges and find parallelisms between them to spur new marketing campaigns and support sales initiatives. - Be able to profile our team members' technical skills and build action plans to elevate their proficiency. - Visit the different teams and execute team-building activities. - Accurately record and monitor work hours for multiple projects, ensuring all consulting activities are documented in the designated time-tracking system. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content and leverage expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive thought leadership and brand visibility. - The applicant should be open to occasional travel for industry events, conferences, coworking opportunities, and client meetings to represent the company, strengthen relationships, and support business objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent. - Experience working with North American clients delivering software and solutions projects. - A valid U.S. visa is a mandatory requirement for this role, as occasional travel to meet leaders and clients in the United States will be necessary. - Certifications or relevant experience in Program, Product, or Project Management, such as PMP or Scrum. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. - 10+ years of experience working in software and systems delivery. - 4+ years of experience in team and project management roles. - 3+ years of experience managing staff augmentation projects. - 5+ years of experience working as a software and systems team lead and developer. - Using modern frameworks such as .NET, React, Oracle, C++, Go, Rust, Node, as well as Kubernetes and other CNCF projects. - 3+ years of experience in .NET and Microsoft technologies, 3 or more years of experience in containers and orchestration technologies. - 3+ years of experience in release management processes and CI/CD. - Using program and product tools such as Jira, Aha, SharePoint, Git, GitHub, GitLab. - Willingness to travel as necessary to support staff members, attend client meetings, and attend corporate functions.
