We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Force Coordinator responsible for managing the entire promoter lifecycle at the point of sale. Requirements: Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – mandatory, as your supervisor does not speak Spanish. At least 2 years of experience managing field or sales teams. Strong background in sales, training, and team leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, CRM, etc.). Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused attitude.
