Tech Stack: - Excel, Google Sheets (basic understanding to work) - Google Sheets is preferred. - Powerpoint - Outlook - Office Suite or Google Suite Plus: - Notion - Leading teams: big plus - Advert Management: big plus - Sales Manager experience: big plus - Logistics experience **What awaits you in this role?** Customer Service: - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services. Influencer Marketing: - Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals. - Coordinate outreach efforts, including initiating contact, negotiating collaborations, and sending product samples. - Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met. Field Marketing: - Lead the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors. - Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events, ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
