We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we're looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum. **About the job**: This position is needed to: We're searching for a thoughtful, results-driven demo design leader to join our PMM team to help shape the future of our demos for sales, events, website and social media content. The product marketing team within the broader marketing team is responsible for messaging the unique value of our products and services. We own a broad range of programs — from partnering with our campaign team to plan go-to-market launches to producing live product training and tools to help our sales team. We deliver high-quality content and need to expand that same principle into our demos and showcase our product portfolio. **Responsibilities**: In this role, you'll: - Proven understanding of user-centered design techniques & demonstrated ability to incorporate principles into the architecture and design of demos. - Ability to grasp and distill highly complex strategies and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions from brainstorming, brief creation to delivery in a fast-moving and changing environment. - Serve as a design lead on product demos, presenting deliverables and delivering high-quality work centered around innovative design solutions that capture the product and meet the business problems. - Create the demo deliverables leading with research, conceptualize, critique, execute, and validate the outcome in both digital/physical experiences. - Improve the way we visualize data to our customers. - Collaborate with teams across product and engineering to build out and optimize the demo as applicable. - Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating requirements from product, events, SMEs, users, and business analysts into product demos. - Be an excellent communicator and storyteller both verbally and visually, bringing ideas to life using sketches, workshops, wireframes, journeys, prototypes, presentations and more to communicate clearly. **Qualifications**: **Required**: - Fluency in written and verbal English & Spanish. - Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML, CSS) (if applicable). - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. - Ability to work productively within a team. - A great eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. - Strong internal and external relationship management skills. - Agile and flexible thinking. **Location** This role will be Remote - Colombia. **What We Offer**: There are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
