Optum, incredible ideas in one incredible company and a singular opportunity to do **your life’s best work. **sm** The Service Coordinator BOS will be responsible for leading, providing coaching/mentoring and guidance to the work team (Supervisors and Advocates) establishing performance priorities oriented to the fulfillment of the achievements and quality in the process, through motivation and improvement opportunities for the area. Track KPI results and develop action plans to strategically address the problem to be solved. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Coordinate, and act as responsible for daily, weekly, monthly activities of team members. - Establish priorities for the team ensuring compliance with tasks and performance objectives. - Coordinate work activities with supervisors, managers, departments, among others. - Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, experience and judgment. - Provide coaching and feedback to team members including formal corrective action. - Conduct annual performance reviews for team members. - Control operation sizing, perform data analysis and reporting according to operations needs. Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans. **Required Qualifications**: - Professional in administrative, financial or related careers. - 3 to 4 years of work experience in BPO industry (Coordinator, Team Leader, Supervisor or related). - Advanced English - Advanced proficiency with using Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint **Desired Qualifications**: - Knowledge of healthcare LOBs, telemarketing and sales, Medicare, Medicaid or United Healthcare.
