The Impact of a Solution Architect - Coupa Pay at Coupa: This is a key role supporting successful customer outcomes and partner deployments of Coupa Pay. As a Solution Architect, you’ll collaborate with partners, teams, and customers to ensure proper implementation from the start, following best practices and providing hands-on support throughout deployment. This role is vital for the success of Coupa Pay implementations, especially within our PIE program. You’ll guide design, build, and rollout phases, and promote adoption of products like Virtual Cards and Digital Payments. What You'll Do: 1. Partner with Alliances, Sales, and Delivery teams to advise on implementation best practices. 2. Participate in customer kickoffs to ensure scope and integration of Coupa Pay within broader P2P design. 3. Lead or support design reviews, validate configurations, and address issues early. 4. Review order forms and SOWs to ensure scope and readiness standards are met. 5. Serve as a subject matter expert for key Pay use cases: Digital Payments, Virtual Cards, TransferMate. 6. Work with partners to validate configurations and integrations meet standards. 7. Assist in troubleshooting and partner enablement issues. 8. Document findings to improve program standards and delivery. 9. Support partner enablement efforts and scope complex workstreams as needed. 10. Collaborate with Alliances to identify high-performing partners. What You Will Bring to Coupa: 1. Knowledge of payments, banking, or fintech; experience with Virtual Cards, bank transfers, or supplier workflows is a plus. 2. Experience with technology implementation partners or software providers. 3. Strong consulting and partner engagement skills; influence without authority. 4. Hands-on testing and validation skills in customer environments. 5. Understanding of supplier onboarding, SPA, and SIM configuration challenges. 6. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and guide scalable solutions. 7.
