**What can you expect?** - Opportunity to join a diverse, global organization - To work in a collaborative and inclusive environment - To develop and grow your career within an experienced and dynamic team **What´s in it for you?** - We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis. - Competitive Benefits Package **We will count on you to**: - Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to understand future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies **What you need to have**: - BA (any field including IT), Psychology or Pedagogy - At least 3 years of relevant work experience leading as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer throughout all levels in the organization - Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional analytical and proactive skills - Experience and Interest in partening with internal stakeholders - Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude - Strong ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish **What makes you stand out**: - Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential - Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting Marsh McLennan se compromete a crear un entorno de trabajo diverso, inclusivo y flexible.
