About the job As an Ethics & Business Integrity Business Partner for LATAM MCO, this role supports the Strategic EBI BP LATAM MCO & Head of EBI COPAC in driving Sanofi's positive Ethical culture. This position collaborates with assigned MCO GBU/functions, serving as a key point of contact on EBI related matters within their designated area of responsibility. Key aspects of the role include: Supporting leadership in maintaining oversight of the business, fostering proactive partnerships with management to enable sustainable growth while ensuring thoughtful risk-taking. Identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, addressing vulnerabilities, and optimizing compliance with company values and the Code of Conduct. Contributing to measuring and improving the EBI program's effectiveness, supporting the implementation of action plans with leadership. Supporting governance, risk management, and ethical practices across the MCO. Providing input for independent judgment on EBI related matters, supporting the business, and developing remediation strategies as needed. Reporting to the Strategic EBI BP LATAM MCO & Head of EBI COPAC, assisting in strategic oversight of the EBI program within the area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting BUs and CSFs across COPAC Collaborating with country EBI teams and MCO management to design and implement corrective actions for deviations or deficiencies Ensuring timely and appropriate implementation of standards and best practices in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi EBI standards Deploying EBI training, awareness, and communication campaigns to targeted audiences Resolving complex EBI issues that could impact the company's reputation Reporting potential violations and participating in investigations at the request of the Global EBI team About you Experience : 8–12+ years in ethics, compliance, or integrity roles within multinational or multicultural environments, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-health industries Proven experience in business partnering—delivering practical, ethics-based solutions with leadership Deep knowledge of global ethics frameworks (e.g., Anti-Bribery/Corruption, data privacy), local LATAM regulations, and third-party risk management Soft and technical skills : Proven track record in multinational and multicultural environments across Latin America. Experience in collaborating with leadership to integrate EBI principles into commercial strategy and operations Strong background in third-party risk management, including due diligence and oversight of distributors and partners Education : University degree in management, law, or relevant discipline Languages : Advanced English Why choose us?
