We are looking for a driven and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, showing proactivity and autonomy in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings to drive our business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Qualification: Utilize BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) methodology or similar frameworks to effectively qualify potential leads. - Prospecting Activities: Engage in prospecting activities through outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to identify and engage leads. - Sales Engagement: Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients. - CRM Management: Accurately upload and manage deals in the CRM system, preferably Oracle Sales Cloud, to ensure streamlined tracking and reporting. - Lead Engagement: Maintain a hunter mentality, proactively pursuing and engaging potential leads to expand the sales pipeline. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field. Experience: -Minimum of 2 years in outbound B2B or demand generation experience for appointment setters. -Experience in the technology sector, preferably in the data center industry, to develop a thorough understanding of our products. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Oracle Sales Cloud. - Familiarity with prospection tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Account-Based Tools, preferably 6Sense. - Language Skills: - English level C1 or equivalent proficiency. - Performance Metrics: - Number of contacts per day/week (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages). - Number of leads touched and lead conversion rate. - Number of opportunities created (pipeline) and meetings scheduled.
