Our Mission Mastery of Project Management for a Sustainable Economy The Strategy, Enablement & Transformation team is composed of skilled project managers with strong leadership abilities and a consulting mindset. As internal consultants supporting the Shared Services Organization, we work closely with operations and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop planning, and execute projects within the Shared Services Organization and stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning: Develop, manage, and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of deadlines and milestones. - Process Improvement: Identify areas of weakness, analyze data, and strategize improvements to enhance processes and tooling. - Communication: Regularly communicate project status and progress to senior management and project team members. - Risk Management: Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates. About You - Experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects. - Strong project management skills and understanding of the project lifecycle. - Experience evaluating business processes and providing advice on process improvements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with project risk management, business process assessment, and operational data analysis.
