The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Payment Operations and Treasury Manager to lead and scale our finance infrastructure as we continue our global expansion. This role is mission-critical to delivering financial operations, optimizing core financial processes, maintaining payables or receivables, and aligning our product and AI innovation roadmap. In this role, you will lead all operational aspects of finance by ensuring compliance, driving efficiencies, and delivering real-time financial insights across the organization. This is a high-impact contributor role that will work cross-functionally with the operations, customer success, and product teams. You will report directly to the CFO with the opportunity to shape the next phase of Pockyt’s growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Own and Scale Core Finance Operations Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of money movements. Deliver consistent and efficient payments between Pockyt accounts, to vendors or suppliers, between multiple currencies, and on behalf of clients. Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including AR/AP, reconciliation, balance reporting, and cash flow management. Drive the development and delivery of merchant-facing and partner-facing financial workflows. 2. Build a Next-Generation Finance Stack Collaborate with product and AI teams to build automation into financial processes including reporting, reconciliation, and payouts, from custom tools to integrations. Champion a data-first approach to finance, enabling self-serve dashboards, real-time insights, and audit-ready systems. 3. Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as a strategic advisor to product, engineering, sales, compliance, and operations teams. Provide finance leadership in go-to-market decisions, pricing, and monetization strategy. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance operations or treasury roles, ideally in a fast-growing fintech or payments company Deep understanding of cross-border payments, payment operations, and treasury operations Strong track record in scaling finance systems and processes through automation Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels Bonus Points For Experience in the cross-border payments for commerce Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Familiarity with ERP, treasury, and reconciliation tools (e.g., Quickbooks, FX feeds, etc) Passion for AI and using technology to build intelligent financial systems Why Join Pockyt?
