Team Overview: Role Responsibilities: - Ownership of strategies to improve budget allocation and business forecasts for SSL ( Spanish Speaking Latin America). - Create a new framework to improve the marketplace prioritization. - Constant data analysis to understand periodic behavior of our business - Optimize the efficiency of our use of resources through operation tools and programs based on robust data analysis. - Collaborate with several areas like operations, marketing, finance, product, and growth Role Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics or Business Administration or related Education Entrepreneur Business Intelligence) - 1-3 year of experience - Based on, or availability to move to Bogotá D.C. - Knowledge and interest in Business Improvement, Data Analysis, Forecasting & Financial Analysis - Proficiency in Excel - Outgoing person and have passion. Good at communication & stakeholder management - Comfort working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multinational environment. - Ability to learn and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality - Soft skills: Tolerance of change and uncertainty, logical thinking, problem solution, attention to detail, great attitude and proactivity. - Ability to work 8 hrs - 5 days a week (Hybrid 3-2) - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
