The Customer Care Support team at Visa Inc. is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in supporting card holders' needs via inbound phone calls. Responsibilities - Demonstrate consistent attendance and a positive attitude. - Respond to customer requests quickly, proficiently, and professionally while meeting quality expectations. - Actively listen and determine the appropriate action to complete the call. - Multitask across computer programs to respond to customer inquiries. - Utilize tools to support, action, and document customer questions and needs. - Accurately update and maintain cardholder data in databases. - Collaborate with peers to provide thought-leadership and inspire customers and peers. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with Key Control and other policies. - Flexible schedule required including weekends, holidays, and overtime. - Willingness to work on-site. Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience. - 1+ years of work experience. - English (or Spanish) language proficiency. - At least 2-3 years of contact center experience. - Punctual attendance. - Customer service experience with a focus on quality and customer needs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and computer skills required.
