As a flexible first organization, you can find our remote and on-site locations here. The PMO Analyst reports to the PMO Director, within the Delivery Engagement unit of CSG. The primary objective of this role is to enable and support the delivery of Project & Service engagements especially by supporting Customer Delivery Executives (CDEs), Program/Project Managers and Service Managers. **Key Areas of Responsibility**: - Support Customer Delivery Executives, Project Managers & Service Managers to set up projects in Oracle, and request the set up of other required tools for the project or service engagements. - Undertake project governance activities such as financial forecasting, travel & expense tracking, scheduling support etc., upon request from CDEs, PMs and SMs. - Compile document templates and set up document repositories according to the Standards of Practices, upon request to support delivery. - Enable Project Reporting by collating project data from Oracle, TM1, Remedy, and other sources, to prepare reports according to specific requirement and agreement. - Provide Oracle related support to CDEs, PMs and SMs, which includes creating and closing time codes as required, ensuring adherence to the time-reporting standards, running timesheet reports and queries and support customer invoicing. - Support Solution Unit Managers to collate data and metrics for various dashboards, cost center reports and resource demand planning according to request and agreed requirement. - Provide consolidated dashboard views across Customer Delivery Units and Solution Units by collating data from relevant sources. - Become SPOC for processes, tools and reports on projects and programs. **Skills and Knowledge**: - Ability to build effective relationships across business units and functions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to self-manage in a diverse, fast-paced work environment - Creative and resourceful with well developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks - Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities ensuring all are completed accurately and with attention to detail - End to end understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (including pipelines, resource demand planning, project delivery tracking, financial management, etc.) - Team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment regionally and globally - Good understanding of project management as per the PMI’s PMBOK - Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), JIRA and Confluence is a plus **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline - 5+ years of PMO or related experience - Process Improvement & Agile methodology knowledge would be a plus - IT/Telecommunications industry experience would be advantageous - Minimum 4 years working with Microsoft Office - Hands-on experience with Excel reporting, and design of data structures for complex analysis.
