Job Description As a Data Analyst at Rockwell, you will apply analytical experience to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work with multiple business functions to understand their data needs, build data models, and create quality data products for systems or reports. You will begin in our Demand to Renew (D2R) program, which is transforming our selling and service capabilities through the implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . You and the team will play an important role in data analysis, mapping, cleansing, and quality for this transformation. You will report to the Director of Commercial Innovation and Design. Main Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Mapping: Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns. Analyze existing data structures and requirements to create comprehensive data mapping documentation. Develop databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and translate them into data mapping strategies, including API integration for data extraction and transformation. Work with Data Architect and Data Product Owners to develop or utilize existing infrastructure for future data models. Data Cleansing and Quality Assurance: Develop data cleansing processes to improve data quality within Salesforce. Establish data quality standards and conduct ongoing checks, addressing issues with Data Stewards and subject matter experts. Represent relevant data needs during program testing. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, implementing access controls and encryption. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address data-related concerns. Team Collaboration: Work with IT, data engineering, and business teams to align data projects with organizational goals and support data-driven decisions. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree. 5 years of related experience in data management, digital, or enterprise transformation programs. For analyst roles, a total of 5-7 years of IT experience. Proficiency in SQL, data management technologies, data analysis, mapping, migration, and API integration. Advanced English skills. The Preferred - You May Also Have: Experience with data architecture, modeling, wrangling, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies. Certification in data management, Salesforce.com, or related fields (optional). Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
