Sales Development Representative at BairesDev As a Sales Development Representative at BairesDev, you will support the Client Solutions team by planning and executing omni-channel outreach strategies to warm prospects. Your focus will be on lead conversion, coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective prospect management and follow-up. What You Will Do: - Set up meetings between prospects and the sales team to discuss potential deals. - Update contact sequencing and manage CRM data. - Provide daily updates to report spreadsheets based on calls and touchpoints. - Coordinate data entry with the sales team. - Validate prospect spreadsheets filled by sales representatives. - Execute omni-channel outreach strategies for lead generation. - Maintain accurate prospect and lead information. - Track and report on outreach activities and results. What we are looking for: - 2+ years in an SDR/BDR client-facing role. - Previous experience in US-attending call centers. - Background in back-office/admin roles. - Experience with data entry and data research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Advanced level of English. - Resides in Latin America.
