His mission is to give visibility to the Turbo operations team on deviations vs. the plan, and provide the necessary analysis to identify root causes of deviations so that tactical plans can be designed to guide the stores and team to meet the indicators. Additionally, he is responsible for Stock Out System control and Incident Management tracking. Within his monthly routines, he is responsible for sharing reports to external entities such as LUM invoicing and IDs and inventory for Carulla. Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De Provide daily, weekly and monthly visibility of operational indicators at the store, zone lead and city level vs. the achievement of the goals set for the same time horizon. Perform deep dives of deviating indicators information vs. target to understand root causes Design useful tools and reports for zone leads to execute corrective actions in stores. Identify RT trusted connection failures to improve performance and external orders acceptance. Perform the necessary database queries to perform analysis requested by the Head of Operations or Country Head.
