They will serve as a trusted advisor for other areas. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Coordinate regional international trade CIPs and implementation of KPIs (partnering with PM & Analytics Team), as well as its standardization - Lead LATAM Crisis or Event Management in order to track and communicate status to regional and global stakeholders - Work closely with Inter-Regional Team to support initiatives in the region and serve as a contact point to identify and develop solutions for the regional international trade team - Support local, regional, and global projects focused on rapid compliant remediation for issues that have a risk that causes a significant impact on base business and customer service - JJOS and Customs Compliance regional implementation and standardization through VSM and managing site performance - Support regional consulting companies, third parties, or internal stakeholders on assessments and other evaluations that might incur in a more compliant environment or generate CIPs (FTAs, Customs Certifications, Drawbacks, Supplier Rationalizations, etc.) - Possess technical skills to effectively assess risks, and processes, and act on E2E solutions - Strong partnership with international trade team, PMO, trade compliance, and others to support inter-regional process - Continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives - Process and Operations - Maintain efficient knowledge of all rules and regulations for various business operations - Shape and execute international trade process in order to bring CIPs as per JJ guidelines **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Administration, or Engineering - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with international trade/supply chain, including a proven record of process improvement, compliance remediation, and saving implementation - Advanced in written and verbal English - Intermediate to advanced literacy in written and verbal Spanish - Analytical and process-oriented, with strong decision-making/problem-solving skills - Proactive approach and ability to persuade and influence others in a multicultural environment - Strong business/project acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain - Good communication skills at all levels - Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills - Quick to learn - Ability to lead by efficiently resolving conflicts with courtesy and confidence, and responds to issues and requests with a sense of urgency - High degree of independent judgment, common sense, thoughtfulness, integrity, and transparency when making decisions **Preferred Requirements**: - Ability to assess risk, solve complex problems, and use project management tools (Microsoft Project, RACI, Lessons Learned, FMEA, etc.) - Professional certifications such as APICS and Lean Six Sigma preferred - Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization - Multi-sector experience preferred **Primary Location** Brazil-São Paulo-São José dos Campos-Rod.Presidente Dutra, Km 154 **Other Locations** Latin America-Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá, Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City **Orga
