**Responsibilities**: - Responsible for store sites selection and franchise customers development. - Effective communication with customers, and strong understanding & interpretation on store opening policy. - Timely deal with the feedback, complaints and suggestions from store partners. - Delivery and implementation of various projects and service processes. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or above - Strong local retail network - mall / franchise resources and understanding [brand BD or mall leasing manager] - Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems. - Proper planning skills and open minded to discover other occasion and locations - Strong execution, strong closed-loop work ability, and result-oriented. Hardworking and responsible. - Able to work under pressure in a startup company - Proficient in both English and local dialect **Salary**: Up to $5,900,000 per month
