As a _Franchise Operations Jr. Manager_, you will be responsible for developing and executing availability and affordability strategy and tactics in order to achieve brand value and brand love objectives for the portfolio in Venezuelan market. This role is also responsible for flawless execution at the point of sale process for all The Coca-Cola Company (KO) portfolio in Venezuela. - This position will be located in _**_Colombia_**. **What You’ll Do for Us** - Build a trusted value-based relationship with bottling partners, acting as a liaison between TCCC and the bottler in Venezuela. - Align KO marketing, KO operation and Bottler interests: it is necessary to promote a collaborative environment, teamwork and think rationally to get to effective solutions - Commercial Execution: This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler, leveraging knowledge from Marketing and Commercial teams and executing through activation agencies. - Execute availability strategy and tactics: This includes, but not limited to, defining/re-applying, and executing specific objectives (by channel, brand, regions), specialized pre-seller routes, RIBE, sales tracking and incentives and customer incentives, among others. - Drive top line growth for all KO Portfolio by executing affordability strategies and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, conducting, and executing OBPPC analysis (occasion, brand, package, price and channel), price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. - Lead performance reports for business monitoring and tracking.
