Job Overview We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team at TripleTen LATAM. This role involves developing payment methods for our customers by establishing partnerships with financial providers in Latin America. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Thinking: Identify new payment partners for our clients, exploring billing options such as subscriptions, loans, installments, and payment gateways. - Relationship Management: Negotiate and record agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships. - Research and Analysis: Conduct market research on financial services and infrastructure in each country to inform business development strategies. - Task Management: Handle day-to-day business tasks and administrative duties related to partnership management. - Data Management: Monitor contracts for compliance with agreements and make amendments as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders. - At least 5 years of experience in creating detailed reports and proposals to support business development activities and secure new payment partnerships. - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and form strategic alliances that align with our goals. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively. - Ability to maintain and nurture current payment partnerships, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
