Position Overview The Process Improvement Team Lead oversees a diverse team of Project Managers, Process Engineers, and Process Improvement Specialists responsible for leading and executing process creation and process improvement projects from initiation to completion. This role involves supporting and guiding on various process improvement and project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project management principles. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in leading process creation and improvement projects, with expertise in lean, six sigma, PDCA, DMAIC, waterfall, and agile methods, with a strong emphasis on time management. The role requires leadership in training, guidance, and performance management, as well as resource management and effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a diverse team of Project Managers, Process Engineers, and Process Improvement Specialists, providing guidance, support, performance management, and payroll to ensure high productivity and morale. Ensure team members utilize lean and project management principles in all project work, including project charters, data collection, risk management tools, and change management processes. Oversee and support team members’ lean training and development. Ensure all projects are executed and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by monitoring progress, managing resources, and removing roadblocks. Facilitate team meetings and 1:1s to review questions and process updates. Oversee and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations set by the firm and project sponsors. Supervise team members to provide regular and consistent reports on project progress, status, risks, and other relevant information. Serve as the primary escalation point for highly complex or unique projects. Assist in resolving conflicts or issues within project teams or with stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
