Marketing Precision Leader As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of precision marketing activities. Key Responsibilities - Orchestrate Marketing Activities: - Lead ideation sessions to develop campaigns that address business challenges and strategic objectives. - Ensure agencies follow best practices and guidelines in executing digital media. - Review and approve all media plans to ensure alignment with marketing principles. - Participate in optimization meetings and provide input on KPI monitoring and recommendations. - Engage and educate teams on marketing principles and best practices. - Define and Monitor Measurement Approach: - Develop a measurement approach and ensure data sources are available for campaign success tracking. - Implement processes and governance for campaign performance monitoring. - Establish a media KPI framework across the consumer journey. - Check Implementation of Digital Media Best Practices: - Coordinate quality assurance process with stakeholders. - Ensure brand safety and implementation of digital guidelines. - Support Transversal Enablers for Marketing Transformation: - Engage and upskill stakeholders on marketing principles. - Identify knowledge gaps and create training programs. - Compile campaign results and share learnings within the organization. Requirements - 3-4 years experience in digital marketing roles with proven track records. - Desirable: Brand/category marketing and project management background. - Ability to translate marketing objectives into digital execution. - Comprehensive knowledge of digital campaign planning and execution. - Knowledge of advertising technology (GMP, DSP, DMP, etc.). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Agile working methods. - Results-oriented individual. - Ability to adapt in complex and fast-changing environments. - Fluent English language proficiency.
